BROILED FISH WITH GARLIC 
2 fish (about 1 lb. each)
2 tbsp. oil
Pepper
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. minced parsley
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preheat the broiler. Place fish on lightly oiled baking dish; brush with half the oil and sprinkle with pepper to taste. Sprinkle with crumbs and paprika. Place fish about 10 inches heat and cook 10 minutes with oven door partially opened. Heat remaining oil in small pan briefly with the garlic and pour over fish. Sprinkle with parsley and lemon.
