Sm. white onions Whole milk Butter Salt & pepper All purpose flour Water Peel white onions. Place in saucepan and cook approximately 45 to 50 minutes or until tender. Drain off all water. Put back in pot and cover with milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place 1 tablespoon of butter in pot as well. Cook on medium flame until butter melts and milk becomes hot or starts to boil. Take all purpose flour and water and make mix together (paste). Raise flame on onions and mix with paste until consistency is thicker. |
