1 lb. ground beef 1 can whole kernel corn 2 c. elbow macaroni 1 can tomatoes, mashed or cut up 1 med. onion, chopped finely 1 c. water 2 tbsp. butter 6 oz. sharp cheese, cubed Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Brown onions lightly. Add ground beef and brown. Next add dry macaroni and stir until beef begins to brown. Add tomatoes and water. Cook until macaroni is soft. Add more water if necessary. Add corn and cook 5 minutes. Add cheese on top. Cover and turn to low heat for 5 minutes until cheese melts. |
