HAMBURGER/POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
2 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained
1/2 pkg. Velveeta cheese, sliced (16 oz.)
12 med. potatoes, sliced

Spray 9 x 13 baking pan with Pam. Layer of potatoes on bottom. Pour hamburger over it. Second layer of sliced potatoes. Add can of mushroom soup (with water already mixed in). Cover all over top with sliced cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until potatoes are tender.
