12 oz. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
14 oz. condensed milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Hershey's Hugs or Kisses

Melt together chocolate chips and butter. Remove from heat and stir in milk, flour and vanilla. Wrap one tablespoon of dough around either the Hershey's Hugs or Kisses.

Bake at 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes. Cookies will appear soft and shiny. Cool completely.
