BON VOYAGE CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 c. red bell pepper strips
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
1 can diced tomatoes with Italian herbs
2 c. hot cooked ziti or penne pasta
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. thinly sliced fresh basil
1/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper; saut 4 minutes. Add tomatoes; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pasta and black pepper, stirring well. Place about 1 1/2 cups pasta mixture into each of 4 bowls; top each. Serving with 1 tablespoon basil and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Serve with Caesar salad and bread.
