FROSTED FRUIT SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
3 cut up bananas
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool; add 7-Up. Chill until thickened. Add fruit; let set until firm in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. pineapple juice
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine juice, egg, sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add butter; cool. Fold in whipped cream. Frost Jello; let set for 10 hours.
