STUFFING SUPREME 
1 c. coarsely chopped broccoli and-or mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
4 stacks of crackers, coarsely crushed (about 7 cups crumbs)
2 c. walnuts, pecans, or almonds, chopped
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can College Inn chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten

In skillet, over medium heat, cook broccoli, or mushrooms, onion, and celery in butter until tender. In large bowl combine cracker crumbs, nuts, parsley, poultry seasoning, pepper and vegetables mixture. Add egg and broth tossing until well blended. Put in baking dish and bake covered at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
