RASPBERRY OR STRAWBERRY SALAD | |
1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels 3/4 c. melted butter 2 tbsp. sugar 2 c. boiling water 6 oz. pkg. Jello 1 pkg. frozen berries 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 8 oz. container Cool Whip For first layer, mix together pretzels, butter and 2 tablespoons sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees. For second layer, mix boiling water with Jello. Add frozen berries. Mix gently until berries have thawed and mixture jells. For third layer, blend cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip. Alternate layers in glass bowl or 9 x 13 inch cake pan. |
