FROZEN WALDORF SALAD 
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice included)
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. apples, unpeeled and diced
1/2 c. nut meats
1/2 c. whipping cream

Mix together eggs, sugar, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and salt. Cook over low heat (stirring constantly). Remove and cool. Fold in mayonnaise, pineapple, apples, celery, nuts, raisins and marshmallows. Mix well. Fold whipped cream into the cooled egg mixture. Pour over the fruit mixture. Toss lightly to mix thoroughly. Freeze until firm (3-4 hours). Serve cold.
