BRAN MUFFINS 
12 tbsp. bran
6 tbsp. water
6 tbsp. powdered milk
2 eggs
1 whole apple
Dash of sweetener
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 drops almond or banana flavoring for variation

Put eggs, water, milk, sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and flavor in blender and blend. Drop apple in and grind, pour into bowl. Stir in bran. Pour into 8 muffin cups, sprayed with Pam. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
