CHILES 'N HAM CUPS 
1 (10 oz.) can flaky biscuits
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. cubed ham
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
10 sm. pitted ripe olives, if desired

For a milder flavor, use 1/4 of the green chiles.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 10 muffin cups. Place biscuit in each cup and firmly press in bottom and up sides, forming 1/4 inch rim.

In large bowl, combine next 5 ingredients, blend well. Spoon 1/4 cup of ham mixture into each biscuit lined cup. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges of biscuits are golden brown. Cool for 1 minute, remove from pan. Garnish each with pitted olive. If desired, serve with salsa or sour cream.
