2 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
2 c. zucchini
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine the above cake ingredients and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with powdered sugar icing.
