3 boxes chopped spinach, drained
8 oz. white cheese, grated
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
2 lbs. cottage cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter
6 tbsp. flour
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper

Mix all together and pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let set 5-10 minutes before cutting.
