PENNY'S PASMET CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/4 lb. American cheese
1 lg. carton lg. curd cottage cheese
6 eggs, well beaten
1/4 lb. Brick cheese
1 stick butter
7 tbsp. flour
1 to 2 c. cubed ham

Thaw, drain, and squeeze juice out of the spinach. Cut butter and cheese into small squares. Add to cottage cheese. Mix in flour, eggs, ham, and spinach. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 15.

This sounds strange, but it's delicious and always a big success at a coffee or a brunch.
