RHUBARB SALAD | |
2 pkg. strawberry Jello 2 c. hot water 16 lg. marshmallows or 160 miniature 1 c. cold water 2 c. rhubarb sauce (sweetened) cooled TOPPING: 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 eggs 1 pkg. Dream Whip or 4 oz. Cool Whip Melt marshmallows in Jello and hot water. Add cold water and rhubarb. Chill until firm. Mix topping and put on top of Jello mixture. |
