STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. boiling water
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix together like pie crust. Pat in pie pan. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. water
6 drops red food coloring
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. strawberry Jello (6 oz.)

Mix 1 cup water, sugar and coloring. Bring to a boil. Add 1/2 cup water and cornstarch. Cook until thick. In separate bowl, pour over Jello, stir and let cool. Line pie pan with strawberries, about 1 quart. Top with Jello filling. Chill in refrigerator until set up as Jello consistency. Top with Cool Whip.
