COLE SLAW 
1 head cabbage (weighing about 2 lbs.)
1 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. dill weed
Salt and freshly grounded black pepper to taste

Grate cabbage very fine (use food processor if possible). Yield will be about 8 cups. Wash through several waters and squeeze as dry as possible following last washing. Mix remaining ingredients together and whisk until completely smooth. Pour over cabbage and mix thoroughly. Chill before serving (overnight if possible).
