COLE SLAW PARFAIT 
1 sm. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tsp. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 well shredded cabbage
1/2 c. fine chopped celery
4 tbsp. fine chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. grated carrots

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add cold water, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. When this is partially jelled, fold in vegetables and put into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Makes 18 one half cup servings.
