CHICKEN ITALIAN 
2 whole boneless chicken breasts, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper
Flour
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 sm. green pepper, cut into strips
2 slices Provolone cheese, cut in half

Coat chicken with flour. In large electric skillet, brown chicken in the oil. Add spaghetti sauce and stir. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.

Add peppers during last 5 minutes. Uncover - top each chicken breast with cheese slice. Allow cheese to melt and serve with your favorite pasta.
