CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
3 lbs. chicken 2 c. water 1 box long grain wild rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3 tbsp. sour cream 1 sm. can evaporated milk Cook chicken in 2 cups water for 1 1/2 hours. Remove chicken from water and add rice to water. Cook 1/2 hour. Debone chicken; add to rice. Add soup, sour cream, milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. |
