CHOCOLATE MACAROONS 
1/2 c. salad oil
4 squares chocolate
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt

Mix oil and sugar. Melt chocolate, add with eggs and dry ingredients to the oil and sugar. Chill several hours. Then roll in balls and roll in powdered sugar and bake 9 minutes at 375 degrees. Do not over bake. Should be chewy.
