PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
1 c. minute rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. ground sage

Season and brown 4 pork chops. Lay browned chops in a casserole or pyrex dish. Sprinkle minute rice over the chops. Mix together soup, milk and ground sage. Pour this mixture over rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
