POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream thoroughly. Add 2 1/2 cups flour and 1 cup crushed potato chips. Refrigerate 1/2 hour. Roll into small balls. Flatten with glass on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Dust with confectioners sugar.
