BANANA PUDDING PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
2 c. milk
2 bananas, sliced
1 (9 inch) baked pastry shell

Combine pudding mix and milk in 4 cup glass measure. Microwave on high for 7 to 9 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil, stirring often. Let stand for 5 minutes. Place bananas in pastry shell. Pour hot pudding over bananas. Refrigerate until thick. 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
