FRENCH TOAST 
2 eggs
1 banana, peeled & chopped
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. corn oil
4 slices whole wheat bread

Combine eggs, banana, milk and cinnamon in a blender container. Blend until smooth, then pour into a pie plate. Soak both sides of the bread in the banana mixture. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a large frying pan. Place bread in the hot frying pan then spoon a teaspoon of the banana mixture over each slice of bread. Cook over medium to high heat until it's brown on both sides.
