STEAK AND RICE 
1-1/2 lbs. steak, cut into thin strips
1 sm. can string beans
3 c. rice, cooked
1 onion
1 sm. green pepper
1 can corn
2 chopped carrots

Saute carrots, beans and corn. Remove from pan then saute onions and green pepper. Add meat, stir until brown. Add carrots, beans, corn and rice. Cover and let stand 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
