PIE CRUST 
7 c. flour
2 c. lard
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tsp. white vinegar
Cold water to make 1 c. when combined with egg and vinegar

Cut flour, lard and salt together. Add liquid to flour mix; combine well. This makes enough for at least 7 single crusts. Roll into balls, enough for 1 crust each, and freeze.
