BLUEBERRY STREUSEL MUFFINS 
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. fresh or thawed blueberries
1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

If using frozen blueberries, rinse, drain and pat dry.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
