24 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cans cherry pie filling or your choice of fruit

Put wafers into cupcake liner, and place into muffin tins. Mix all other ingredients (except pie filling). Fill each tin at least 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool; spoon on pie filling. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove cupcake liners to serve.
