FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

2 1/2 c. oatmeal, dry
2/3 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients and put into round pizza pan. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees or until nicely browned.

TOPPING:

8 oz. Philadelphia cheese
1/4 c. sugar

1 c. plain vanilla
Yogurt or 1 cup whipped cream

Garnish top with Philadelphia cream cheese, halves. Red grapes sliced in half, fresh sliced peaches, and blueberries, whole, kiwi, sliced.

Sprinkle melted apple jelly over all. Serve and enjoy.
