SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can milk

Mix with soup. Combine 1/4 cup soup mixture with:

2/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Mix all of the above and form into 1-inch balls, brown. Add remaining soup mixture, cover and cook over medium (simmer) heat for 20 minutes. Goes well with mashed potatoes. 36 meatballs.
