RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. rhubarb, 1 inch pieces
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry or strawberry jello
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1/2 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. cold water

Grease 9x13-inch pan. Arrange rhubarb pieces in the bottom. Sprinkle dry gelatin on top. Sprinkle on the sugar, then sprinkle the dry cake mix over the sugar. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the cake mix, then drizzle the cold water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
