RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. rhubarb, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar

Grease bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix rhubarb and sugar and put in pan. Sprinkle Jello over the top. Layer in order: dry cake mix, nuts, and coconut. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream. Serves 12.
