COCONUT-PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 c. crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. coconut
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. flour

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Make your favorite pie shells, for 2 pies. Mix together pineapple and juice, coconut, sugar, and butter. Beat in eggs. Add vanilla and flour. Pour into 2 pie shells. Makes two 9-inch pies. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
