COCONUT - PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tall can crushed pineapple
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. coconut (flake)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Make crust for 9 inch pie and set aside. Add sugar and butter together and mix well. Add coconut, pineapple and beat eggs. Mix well. Last add salt and vanilla; mix. Pour into unbaked shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
