COCONUT - PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. can coconut (approximately 1 1/4 cups)
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon flavoring
2 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs
2 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells

Mix all together and pour into the two pie shells. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
