PINEAPPLE-COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 lg. can pineapple
2 c. coconut
2 tbsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, eggs, butter, pineapple. Bring to boil; add cornstarch and vanilla and then coconut. Pour into graham cracker crust or baked pie shells. Makes 2 (8 inch) pies. Each pie serves 8.
