PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 1/3 c. flour 3 c. sugar 1 c. Wesson oil 2/3 c. water 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin 4 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt Blend oil, water and sugar, and eggs one at a time. Add pumpkin and the sifted dry ingredients. Grease and flour three 8 1/2 x 4 x 2 1/2 inch deep pans. Fill pans 3/4 full and bake 1 hour or until done in 350 degree oven. |
