BUTTERY BISCUIT BREAD | |
1 stick butter 1 c. buttermilk 2 c. self-rising flour Melt butter in large skillet in a 400°F oven. Mix flour and buttermilk. Pour mixture over melted butter. Use a small glass to make indentions in the dough, but do not cut through the dough. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes. This bread has a very buttery, crusty bottom. |
