RICE CREAM 
2 c. cooked white rise
2 c. whipped cream, sweetened, with 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Serve with strawberries in strawberry sauce or raspberries in raspberry sauce or blueberries in blueberry sauce spooned over the rice-cream. Serves 6.

Stir cooked, cooled white rice into sweetened whipped cream. Mix well and place in individual dessert dishes. Chill 6 hours before serving. Before serving, spoon sauce with fruit over top.
