RICE CREAM 
3/4 c. rice, cooked
1 can evaporated milk
1 can whole milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar (or enough to taste)

Drain rice after cooking. Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add egg and the milk. Add rice and bring to a boil. Add the vanilla and cool.
