SAUSAGE OR HAM CASSEROLE | |
cubed bread (enough to cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish) 1 lb. sausage or ham finely chopped onion (small to medium) chopped green pepper lots of grated cheese 3 c. milk 6 eggs, whipped with milk Cover bottom of baking dish with cubed bread. Spread over cubed bread, 1 pound cooked and drained sausage or ham. Sprinkle with chopped onion and green pepper. Add lots of grated cheese and eggs, whipped with milk. Cover well and refrigerate overnight. Cook at 350°F for 35 minutes. You may add the cooked sausage and ham as the last ingredient. It is your preference. |
