CHICKEN BREASTS FOR FOUR 
Place 4 chicken breasts skin side down in shallow baking dish.

MARINADE:

1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Pour over chicken and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. When ready to cook turn chicken. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour. Remove foil. Bake 15 minutes. Serve sauce over rice.
