CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. Stove Top cornbread dressing
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped (3 chicken breasts)
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix dressing according to directions. Spread 1/2 of dressing on bottom of 8 inch square baking dish. Mix soup and mayonnaise; spread with mushrooms and chestnuts over the dressing. Over this, spread the chopped chicken. Spread the remaining dressing on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
