Great recipe. My first time, I would prefer to make some changes the second time around. I would grill my chicken seasoned for better flavor, I only put 2.5 ounces of bacon in because I didn't see it asked for 4oz, I think it would of been too much now that I've had it. When frying my bacon, I would drain bacon out and continue recipe and add bacon at end to keep it crisp. I would add a veggie for color... Peas.. Spinach... Enjoy! I did.

I cooked this for a family of kebler elves after they worked their 2nd job cobblin' shoes. My dog ate one of the kiddy elves but overall it was a success! Oh, I add extra garlic so I can reduce the chance of my husband night raping me.

Same recipe... Use the same noodles, break up dried tomato, dice the grill chicken (you can use the frozen bags of grilled seasoned chicken), two caps full of oil, and dice up a whole onion in small pieces, garlic, and meat tenderizer all in to the frying pan let it all brown... While that's browning pour in some lemon juice about 1/2 cup (measuring cup please)... Once noodles are done drain then place back into pot take some of the savory garlic cream made by Philadelphia in the cream cheese section and mix it into the noodles for a creamy texture if you like the leafy look throw in a little parsley... From there place your pan of stir fry into the noodles add a little cheese to it mozzarella or American shred (I prefer American shredded) and its ready to enjoy... If anyone tries this let me know how you like it.

I loved this recipe. I used bowtie pasta and added spinach. It was so delicious and very filling. Even my picky 3 year old son loved it and asked for seconds :)

The minute you add the parmesan and the yolks it is immediately ready...just thought I might add that since i had 3 late boys...don't add the yolks,or cheese until you are for sure ready...I was the only one that, really tasted the, finished product....very filling and rich....to rich...took away from traditional,taste....

I just made this recipe above with a few minor twists and it was excellent! I added mushrooms, peas, and 1 clove garlic along with some basil. This was my first time trying a carbonara recipe and I will add it to my list of favorites!

This recipe was amazing. Delicious, great flavor, not too salty and not too overly rich and creamy. I substituted Angel Hair Pasta for the Spaghetti and it was even better! Five stars!

I made this dish for the first time along with my close friend Eddie last night for dinner. The dish was absolutely amazing. It came out so well and tasted even better. We were both speechless during the supper while making faces to eachother as we savored each bite =b I added fried squash and some light strawberry wine which blended perfectly. Great recipe.
