TURKEY MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1/2 pkg. (4 oz.) thin spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. skim milk
5 fresh mushrooms, slices
1 med. tomato, cut into chunks
1 sm. stalk broccoli, cooked, cut up
1 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Place cooked spaghetti in casserole dish. Melt butter, blend in flour. Cook, stirring, until mixture bubbles. Stir in milk slowly; add 1/2 cup water. Continue stirring until sauce thickens and boils one minute. Stir in mushrooms, tomato, broccoli and turkey. Spoon over spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, uncovered.
