DRY MOCHA MIX 
1 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. dry milk powder
2 c. dry creamer
1/2 c. instant coffee
1 vanilla bean

Mix together. Store in airtight jar with vanilla bean. Store for two weeks before using, to flavor. Use 1/3 to 1/2 cup mixture per cup of boiling water.
