COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
1 sm. can or jar pimiento
1 med. onion
1 sm. green pepper

DRESSING:

1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Shred cabbage, chop peppers, onions an pimiento. Mix thoroughly. Place in container with tight fitting lid. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture. Do not stir. Seal lid on and place in refrigerator at once. Do not serve until the third day.
