CHEESED BROCCOLI 
20 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
2 beaten eggs
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. celery soup
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stack round buttery crackers (Ritz), crumbled
butter

Cook the broccoli according to package directions and drain. Combine remaining ingredients, except cracker crumbs and butter; mix with broccoli. Place in a greased casserole and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. 10-12 servings.
